Lucy Clemenger Architects has designed the Delatite Cellar Door on a vineyard in Mansfield, Australia.

With sweeping views across Taungurung Country, the Delatite Cellar Door provides a unique wine-tasting and dining experience located in the foothills of the Victorian Alps.

The building provides a refuge of robust forms and natural materials with curated views of the surrounding landscape.

Inspired by the ever-changing vineyard, domestic scaled interiors are bathed in rich tones and a reductive palette of textural warmth.

The building sets a benchmark for excellence in design innovation, circular design practice and
environmental stewardship.

The project demonstrates that architecture can exceed the sustainable goals of a hospitality venue and provide delightful, enduring spaces to inhabit.

This project has been longlisted in the sustainable interior category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
