Hawkins\Brown has reimagined and developed the Here+Now office buildings in Reading, United Kingdom.
This project, Here + Now, presents the core values of the post-pandemic workplace.

Previously two tired and generic office buildings in Reading, the buildings have been reimagined into an exemplary workplace environment – with an emphasis on reconnecting with the natural environment and occupant wellbeing.

Great emphasis was given to service, amenities and spaces that can contract or expand, providing greater flexibility.

"Key features include the suspended 'treehouse' meeting pods, bleacher presentation area, quiet room, a gym and dedicated Peloton room," said Hawkins\Brown. "[There is] even fleet facilities where tenants can rent paddleboards, skateboards, e-scooters and more."

This project has been shortlisted in the workplace interior (large) category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
