Field Operations and Lever Architecture have collaborated to design the NBCUniversal Campus in California, United States.

NBCUniversal Campus is a vibrant workplace designed to attract and retain top talent while offering an environment that supports the evolving ways people work.

Lever Architecture and Field Operations collaborated on this planning and design project, redefining the modern studio lot by drawing inspiration from Southern California's architecture and landscape to restore a unique cultural ambience.

The new campus landscape connects elements of the site through garden workspaces, outdoor dining and flexible gathering areas. Blending indoor and outdoor spaces, this campus redesign seeks to foster innovation by inviting chance interactions in inspiring communal spaces.

This project has been longlisted in the workplace project (large) category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
