Stack Interiors has designed the interiors of the UDC Finance commercial workplace that emphasises a connection to Aotearoa's land and heritage in Auckland, New Zealand.

With its move to the new-build, 6-Star, Green-Star-rated on 50 Albert Street in Auckland, UDC Finance took the opportunity to create an environment that showcased its company's purpose and brand.

The move consolidated their operations to one floor and focused on functionality and flexibility, with central employee and client hosting and meeting spaces intertwined with key outcomes for the projects.

These outcomes were identified as showcasing UDC's commitment to business communities and having a space that reflects its expertise in asset finance and its legacy within New Zealand.

This project has been longlisted in the workplace interior (large) category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
