FAAB has designed the Wave 4 and Wave 5 buildings of the ECR Medical Complex in Sopot, Poland.

Located 400 metres from the Baltic Sea in Sopot, the Wave 4 and 5 buildings form part of the ECR medical complex, offering pre- and post-procedure care and rehabilitation, as well as a curated on-site restaurant.

Inspired by Pierre Carreau's AquaViva seascapes, the facades employ wave geometry and 'Flower of Life' perforated aluminium panels symbolising healing.

Bespoke shutters, refined through 1:1 physical modelling, deliver effective solar shading. Inside, discreet medical technology that encompasses laser therapy, cryotherapy and high-pressure wound healing integrates into calming interiors.

All 44 patient rooms feature furniture designed by FAAB and custom wicker shading, overlooking a native seaside garden and revitalised brownfield landscape.
