Competition overview

The Lilly Reich Grants for Equality in Architecture were created in 2018 to recognise the architectural legacy of Lilly Reich – artistic partner of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe in the conception and execution of the 1929 German Pavilion in Barcelona.

On the occasion of this fifth edition, attention will be given to research proposals related to the figure, work, legacy and professional context of Lilly Reich.

However, this thematic focus does not exclude the submission of proposals centred on any other geographical context, historical period, or line of research aligned with the general objectives.
