The Foodture Barcelona 2020 virtual event discusses solutions for the future of food through design and gastronomic innovation.
The second edition of the event focuses on foods, production systems and projects that explore the event's motto "From food design to design fiction.”
The three-day event explores several ways to redesign the world of food and address environmental and social challenges through a programme of talks and workshops. Participating speakers include manager of the NASA Centennial Challenges Program Monsi Román and representatives from furniture brand Bompas & Parr.
