Lollo's Atene has been designed with fresh and simple interiors in Athens to match the rustic dishes offered on the menu.

The studio stripped the space of all additions, back to its skeleton.

Anything located below the window sills has been painted in a deep, glossy green, as if it is dipped in oil; everything above has been left rough, and covered with a veil of white paint.

Through this chromatic uniformity, the complexity of the elements is simultaneously showcased and simplified.

This project has been longlisted in the restaurant interior category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
