Beeah Headquarters
by Zaha Hadid Architects

Zaha Hadid Architects drew inspiration from undulating desert dunes to create Beeah Group’s headquarters in Sharjah, UAE.

The 9,000-square-meter building resembles interconnected dunes and reflects the surrounding Al Sajaa desert.

Serving as a management and administrative centre, the headquarters prioritises sustainability, meeting LEED Platinum standards and powered by solar energy with Tesla battery packs.

Glazing is minimised to regulate internal temperatures, while on-site water treatment facilities reduce consumption. The interior features two wings connected by a central courtyard, providing natural ventilation.

The headquarters also includes a visitors centre, auditorium, and smart meeting rooms, promoting collaboration between remote and office workers.

This project has been longlisted in the workplace project category of Dezeen Awards 2023.
