Decent Design has designed the interiors of Profonte Medical Center in Zhongshan City, China.
When the biological geometry of clover is projected as an architectural gene, an aesthetic experiment on the cycle of life quietly emerges in Zhongshan City.
Taking plant morphogenesis as their inspiration, the designers translated hope, faith, love and luck into four spatial sequences.
On both sides of the entrance, secret gardens unfold in the form of flower beds, with dark green banquette sofas embedded like leaves.
In addition, the lobby ceiling is enveloped by a giant curved leaf structure, its delicate arc emerging from the entrance portal and unfurling outward before converging above the reception area.
This project has been longlisted in the leisure and wellness interior category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
