Shortlisted for Dezeen Awards 2025 designer of the year, Superflux is a London-based design studio founded by Anab Jain and Jon Ardern.

Established in 2009, the studio consists of a team of designers, researchers and multidisciplinary creatives who create experimental installations that invite audiences to engage with the rapidly changing world around us.

Superflux's work explores global challenges through immersive, research-driven projects that address themes such as emerging technologies, ecological crises and the future of humanity.

The studio's work has been exhibited at cultural institutions including MoMa in New York, Venice Architecture Biennale, the Victoria & Albert Museum, MAK and the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Korea.

Alongside this, the studio has worked with global clients including Google AI, IKEA and DeepMind, among others.

Previous works include an immersive forest installation for the Vienna Biennale for Change in 2021 and an installation showing how future homes might face climate change in the year 2219.

Superflux was previously awarded design studio of the year in Dezeen Awards 2021.

Superflux has been shortlisted in the designer of the year category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
