Aisling is head of Dezeen Awards, the awards programme that identifies the world's best architecture, interiors and design.
She holds a first class undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Sheffield, graduating in 2012.
After graduating she worked in client and brand services for the retail brand AllSaints before starting at Dezeen in 2015. Aisling became head of Dezeen Jobs, Dezeen’s global architecture and design jobs board, before moving over to become head of Dezeen Awards in 2019.
