Dryden Enterprise Centre
by Evans Vettori

Martine Hamilton Knight

The Dryden Enterprise Centre is a new home for enterprises in Nottingham, designed to nurture a community of entrepreneurs and businesses.

By combining high-quality facilities with extensive business support offer, the centre provides opportunities for like-minded businesses to grow through a network of entrepreneurs and enterprising peers.

The building’s form and materials are driven by its context. Working within constraints of the existing trees, the slope of the site and an existing building, a new dynamic fill in has been created that seamlessly fits into the streetscape while also deriving its own unique character.

This project has been longlisted in the business building category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
