Bill Amberg Studio and Elizabeth Roberts Architects have collaborated on the design of The Noble Chair, a dining chair designed to fill the gap between formality and casual comfort.
The Noble Chair was crafted using a shoulder panel of vegetable-tanned leather, hand-stitched onto a handmade frame and finished in a satin lacquer in a collection of bespoke colourways.
Cut from the shoulder of the leather to retain its natural grain, the seat panels are shaped for an ergonomic fit and reinforced with a heavyweight canvas.
With craftsmanship at the heart of the concept, the Noble is a testament to timeless design, blending strength, simplicity and artisanal quality.
This project has been longlisted in the seating design category of Dezeen Awards 2025.
