Design For Life is a content collaboration between Dezeen and Dassault Systèmes featuring talks and videos highlighting designers who are using technology and research to build a better world.
As part of the series, Dezeen is publishing a series of videos profiling the work of cutting-edge architects and designers. In the latest instalment of the series, DS Automobiles design director Thierry Métroz explains how virtual reality allows car designers to work more sustainably. You can watch the video above.
The series has also featured profiles of Black Panther costume designer and 3D-printed fashion pioneer Julia Koerner, biomimicry-focussed architect Michael Pawlyn, Studio INI founder Nassia Inglessis, and experimental architect Arthur Mamou-Mani.
The collaboration kicked off with a live talk with Mamou-Mani and Dassault Systèmes’ vice president of design experience Anne Asensio, and will culminate in another live talk featuring some of the designers profiled in the video series.
