Naed l bureau d’architecture and Agathe Marimbert adorn the Val d'Europe business premises with a white corrugated steel cladding.

Located in the heart of a rapidly growing mono-functional economic activity zone near Paris, the project questions the archetype of what business premises should look like in such a context.

The two architects decided to enhance and re-interpret the industrial nature of the site within the building’s architectural language, in an attempt to initiate a dialogue with the neighbouring factories.

The project features a metallic perforated cladding that wraps the buildings and the entrance patios, and filters the solar gain whilst offering ethereal views from the inside.

This project has been longlisted in the business building category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
