Alessandro Arienzo is the co-founder of Mexico City-based Lanza Atelier.

Co-founded alongside architect Isabel Abascal, Lanza Atelier's portfolio spans furniture and exhibitions to houses and pavilions, unified by a focus on craft, collaboration and local context, and an ambition to challenge convention.

The studio was recently revealed as this year's Serpentine Pavilion architect, and was one of the winners of the Young Architects Prize 2017 and the Emerging Voices Award 2023 from the Architectural League of New York.

Recent projects include a collection of furniture created from different reused materials such as rebar and sail fabric.
