The Peacock at the Austin Proper Hotel & Residences features a Mediterranean-inspired menu by Larry McGuire, Tom Moorman and Jedd Adair of the McGuire Moorman Hospitality team.

Open daily, the all-day menu takes inspiration from the colourful culinary styles of Israeli and Turkish fare. Designed by LA-based interior designer Kelly Wearstler, the bright, airy space, which features indoor and outdoor seating for up to 180 guests, embodies an Eastern Mediterranean vibe, including a large, accent wall lined with hand-selected tiles and textured wall tapestries from coastal Portugal.

This project has been longlisted in the restaurant and bar interior category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
