Giancarlo Valle
Giancarlo Valle is co-founder of New York-based design firm Studio Valle de Valle.
Working for over 20 years with fellow studio co-founder Jane Keltner de Valle, the designer's work ranges from furniture collections to residential and commercial interiors that blend playfulness and rigour. Notable projects include transforming a historic cinema into a tactile showroom for rug company Nordic Knots, in Stockholm.
Internationally recognised, Valle's studio has exhibited at multiple design festivals such as Design Miami in the US and Salone del Mobile in Milan, working with renowned designers such as Rossana Orlandi.
In 2024 the studio opened Casa Valle, a gallery space showcasing their evolving furniture collection alongside historic design. Their work will be exhibited during NYCxDesign 2025 alongside a series of reimagined furniture designs by architect Antoni Gaudí.
