Tejumola Butler Adenuga
Tejumola Adenuga is a London-based multidisciplinary designer.
Adenuga creates objects and spaces that channel individual identities alongside the needs of end users. His work explores the intersection of cultural heritage and contemporary design, as seen in recent furniture pieces inspired by fictional mythologies from West Africa.
Alongside his design work, Adenuga is known for his intricate ink drawings and has collaborated with a range of leading global brands, including Adidas, Soho House, Pentagram, Uber, and The New York Times.
Adenuga was featured in Dwell’s ‘24: the emerging designers you need to know’ and recognised by Dezeen as one of ‘ten black architects and designers you should know’ in 2023.
