Johan Ejdemo
Johan Ejdemo is global design manager at Swedish furniture retailer IKEA.
Starting his career as a cabinet maker and independent designer, Ejdemo joined the global retailer in 1999, working on product range development and creating collections before stepping into his current role and leading IKEA's design team in 2022.
As global design manager, Ejdemo oversees IKEA's design direction as well as helping to support the retailer's circular design initiatives in its pledge to become a fully circular business by 2030.
