This week on Dezeen, Jeff Bridges was revealed to playing Mies van der Rohe in a forthcoming movie, while Netflix launched its new design documentary series, starring designers including Bjarke Ingels.
New design documentary series Abstract: The Art of Design went live on Netflix yesterday, also featuring Tinker Hatfield, Es Devlin and Ilse Crawford. In its first episode, BIG founder Bjarke Ingels described architecture as "pure fiction".
